ABRASIVE CUTTING MACHINE DQS-150-A

The machine is designed to meet the requirements of metallurgical parameters for cutting the sample burn less with sufficient amount of coolant flow enabled by 0.25 HP pump.

This model has dual cutting action; descending action as well as oscillation action. Wheel comes down on the job and simultaneously wheel has oscillation motion. This kind of cutting actions offers

faster cutting with minimal burning chances due to minimized contact area between wheel and job.

The machine has fixed as well as flexible coolant veins to direct the coolant throw at the desired location. The machine ensures complete operator safety through enclosed structure and safety features like door open indication, emergency stop, overload protection etc.
